- Email & Phone Verification: The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
- Account Information Update: Any changes to personal information must be reported to k74 support immediately.
Warning: Operating an account under someone else's name or a false identity may result in account termination and legal action.
3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Transactions on k74 can be made through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. Every transaction is processed through a secure, encrypted gateway.
- Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket).
- Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

- Currency: k74 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
K74 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonus, daily cashback, free spins, reload bonus, and VIP rewards. Separate terms and conditions apply to each bonus.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount).
- Bonus expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically count 100%, while other games contribute less.
- One Bonus Per Person: Each promotional offer can be claimed once per user. Multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same offer.

9 Account Suspension & Closure
K74 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are submitted.
- Upon detection of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
- At the user's own request.
- In cases of prolonged inactivity (no activity for 12 months).

10 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between k74 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. The dispute resolution procedure is outlined below.

- Step Three: If both parties cannot reach a resolution, a third-party mediator will be appointed.
